SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES
The order generated by the online store Boutique MAB Profil is not the
official invoice and does not include the taxes and the transport charges. Transport charges will be invoiced on your account with the
final invoice from Boutique MAB Profil
Once your order is confirmed to be available and your payment authorized, we ship your item(s) immediately. If an item is not
available we will contact you to inform you when we are expecting to ship.
Once the order has been confirmed and fulfilled, delivery time within Canada is expected to be 3 - 10 business days and for outside of
Canada, expect it within 7 to 21 days.
Delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include any holidays of our delivery carrier. Our regular business days are
Monday to Friday from 8h30 to 17h00. Orders placed overnight will be responded to within 24 hours from the opening of the next business
day.
RETURNS:
All returns will require an RMA# which can be obtained by contacting us at RMA Request or (418) 842-4100.
Return for credit will only apply to items purchased within 30 days. Beyond this time frame, all returns will either be repaired or replaced.
